Projects
For this logistics company I built an HRMS portal from scratch, on site in Hong Kong. The platform brings offices and departments together in one system for staff management, time off and attendance, with reporting for management analysis.

Employers manage their staff and decide which garments and budget each role receives; employees then order within those agreements. Orders run through the existing Shopify store, with monthly statements for the employer.

A website in four languages (Dutch, French, Italian, German) with online booking, the menu and a newsletter, backed by a custom gift voucher system. Customers buy a voucher and pay through Mollie; the voucher arrives as a PDF with a QR code. In the restaurant, staff scan it with a phone and redeem the amount, in part if needed.

Synnovation connects two disciplines. After a bachelor's in computer science, I am completing the Master of Business Administration at KU Leuven, specialising in corporate finance. Software is built with the business case in mind, and advice rests on knowing what is technically feasible.
