What data?
Only what you provide through the contact form or by e-mail: your name, e-mail address, optionally your company, and your message.
What for?
To answer your question and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. This happens at your request, with a view to a possible agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your data is not used for marketing and never sold.
Who else processes it?
Web3Forms forwards contact form messages to my mailbox. The website is hosted by Cloudflare.
How long?
As long as needed to handle your question, and at most two years after that. If we start working together, the legal retention periods for accounting apply.

This website uses no cookies and no trackers. The fonts are loaded from this website itself.
Your rights
You can always access, correct or delete your data via gilles@gclaessens.be. You can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
